01 / What we collect
When you join the launch list, we collect your email address and a record of your permission to receive Housemade updates. If you take the survey, we link your size, assembly, painting, purchase-purpose and price preferences to your signup. We also record the price shown, survey completion and any earned 20% offer. Campaign tags may tell us which link brought you here. Our hosting provider processes technical request information needed to serve and protect the website.
02 / Why we use it
We use your consent to send launch updates and process the optional survey for product research. We use completion and eligibility records to honour the survey offer, and limited technical information for our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Joining the list does not place an order. We do not collect house photos, a home address or payment details through this launch form.
03 / Service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Resend handles launch-list contacts, survey properties and email notifications to the project operator. Notifications include the submitted email address and, for surveys, the answers. They process information to provide those services. We do not sell your details. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; applicable provider data-protection terms and transfer safeguards govern those transfers.
04 / How long we keep it
Launch-list details are kept while needed to run the launch list, until you withdraw your consent or the project closes. Research answers are removed when the launch research ends or you ask us to erase them. A minimal email and eligibility record may be retained to honour an earned first-order offer, until it is redeemed, the offer project closes, or you request erasure. Records required to meet a legal obligation may be kept for the required period.
05 / Cookies and browser storage
After signup, a signed essential cookie links your survey to your registration and expires after one day. Campaign tags can be kept in session storage for the current browser session. Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate visits, pages and campaign sources without analytics cookies. Email addresses and survey answers are excluded from analytics. This website does not currently install advertising pixels or use advertising cookies.
06 / Your choices and rights
The survey is optional. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe from launch updates at any time. An earned survey offer does not depend on remaining subscribed. Contact us to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or to object to applicable processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Further information is available from the European Commission.
